NEW: Up to $20,000 for At-Risk Youth programs

Good day to you, Funds Fans!  Here’s a shwack of funding courtesy of the civil forfeiture program at the B.C. Ministry of Justice (formerly Public Safety & Solicitor General).

One-time grant funding of up to $20,000 (per project) is now available to support projects in British Columbia that prevent youth involvement in crime. This grant is applicable to at-risk youth programs that involve structure, such as recreational programs.

Qualifying groups can include local governments, community and youth organizations, provincial organizations, schools, school districts, Parent Advisory Councils (PACs), police departments/detachments, Aboriginal organizations and First Nations Bands.
